We meticulously work with our cleaning professionals through a rigorous process that includes multiple interviews, background checks, and reference checks. You can rest assured knowing your home is in good hands.

Are you bonded, and insured?

Yes! We are bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

Do you operate in all of Atlanta?

We proudly serve most of the Atlanta metro area! During the quoting and booking process, we’ll notify you automatically we don’t service your area.

What if I’m not happy with a cleaning service?

We're confident you'll love our service. However, if there's ever an issue, we'll happily discuss it and address it to your satisfaction. This may include a complimentary re-clean.

What if I need to reschedule/cancel a service?

We understand life happens and schedules change! Reschedule or cancel your cleaning easily through our online portal. A small cancellation fee of $50 applies within 24 hours to compensate our cleaners for their time.

Do I need to provide my own supplies to your cleaners?

No, our cleaners come prepared with all the necessary cleaning supplies. However, if you require certain cleaning agents due to allergies, we're happy to use the products you provide. Just let us know in advance!

Can I tip my cleaners?

Of course! You’re welcome to tip our cleaners directly. It's a wonderful way to show your appreciation for a job well done

Do you work with homes with pets?

Absolutely! We're happy to clean homes with pets. In fact, many of our customers have furry (or feathered) friends. Just letting us know beforehand helps us ensure a smooth cleaning experience for everyone. We also recommend keeping your pets in a separate area during the service for their safety and comfort.
